Telephone consultations and email provide the opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns and get a better understanding of the Program and products.

A telephone consultation is included in the New Assessment and Reassessment process. Call 509-927-8004 to make an appointment for your New or Reassessment consultation.

To help get the best possible start, New Assessment clients receive an additional 30 free consultation minutes and unlimited emails during the first 30 days on the Program as well as a Reassessment after the first 30 days (see below).

If you have questions or concerns between reassessment dates, the Phone Consultation and Email rates will apply. Charges will be made to your credit card. Most clients can get their questions answered in 15 minutes or less.

Rates

New Assessments $75 covers:

• Evaluation of initial ChemBalance Assessment forms in the form of written Recommendations
• Telephone consultation to review written recommendations
• Unlimited email and 30 consultation minutes during first 30 days on the Program
• Reassessment after first 30 days - covers evaluation of reassessment forms, new written Recommendations and phone consultation

Reassessments: $35 - covers:

• Evaluation of reassessment forms
• New written Recommendations
• A phone consultation

Phone consultation rate: $60 an hour (minimum charge - $5); charges rounded up to five minute increments (for example - a 12 minute call will be charged $15)

Email: one free email question each month - additional email questions - $10 each (follow up emails relating to the same issue may not be charged)
