The ChemBalance Assessment is optional. For optimal nutritional planning, ChemBalance offers an intake assessment to give individualized feedback and instructions. Individuals may use the ChemBalance Assessment to start the program, or at any time they would like. ChemBalance Assessments are recommended for children prior to starting any supplements.

The Process

There are seven data points to record: Symptoms, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Body Temperature, Fluid Level, Elimination (urination and bowel movements) and Food and Diet. For seven consecutive days, you will monitor your or your child's vital signs and record a Food Diary. Don't worry if you don't know how to record vital signs. A booklet with detailed instructions is provided.

You'll need a blood pressure monitor and thermometer for the ChemBalance Assessment. When all forms are completed and returned to ChemBalance, you'll receive recommendations for supplementing, diet and health-related issues. These written recommendations will be emailed to you and then you can schedule a telephone Consultation. The initial Recommendations outline a 30-day Program to follow.

Upon completion of the initial 30 day Program, a follow up reassessment is made and a second reassessment is scheduled. Additional reassessments may be recommended. The Cost

The cost of the initial Assessment plus the follow up 30-day reassessment is $75. The cost of each subsequent Assessment is $35. Assessments include Consultations by phone and/or e-mail.

Get Started

Upon ordering a ChemBalance Assessment by phone or online, the six Assessment forms will be emailed to you. These forms are in PDF format. If you use the Internet regularly, you likely have the Adobe Acrobat program that allows you to open these forms. If you don't, you can download Adobe Acrobat for free here. You have the option to fill out the forms on your computer (it's easy - really!) or print each form and fill them out by hand. Computer forms are emailed to ChemBalance and printed forms are faxed to ChemBalance using a toll free number. Transmitting information online or by fax cuts paper and mailing costs. While filling out ChemBalance Assessment takes time, clients find great value in learning to understand how the body gives us information to monitor and manage our health!
